Cannot post pic "From Computer"
Click Insert Image button and get popup to select From Computer or From URL, click From Computer, select Select Files, PC opens window to select pic, file selected is highlighted. Insert pic popup box does not show selected file.
If at popup to select From Computer or From URL, click From Computer, then click on Basic Uploader. This works well.

Using From URL works normally.

Using both scenarios above, no option to hover over upper lift of pic loaded to select pic position and size.
PC in use is Windows 7 with IE9
Retest after reboot
Popup box still will not accept pic file selected.
