It is of Theodore Roosevelt with his name & 1901 26th President USA 1909 on the front and the back says Teddy with 3 stars on either side and his famous saying around the bottom - "Speak softly and Carry a Big Stick". The center says:Colonel of the Rough Riders\in war with Spain
