Thank you.... long story but the bottom line is our server USED to be great and then they merged with another company and they're just horrible now. We are going to have to search for a new server because the downtime & new crummy customer service is unacceptable. Jim is doing a full backup right now so we'll be ready to switch when we find the next server.
Thanks for being patient and thanks to CC for getting on the phone with me & tech support to tell them how full ofthey were. Being 1. A female and 2. A female with what some people hear as a Southern drawl doesn't get you taken seriously on the phone. I'm WAY meaner than I sound on the phone.

I thought you might find this funny, I had the phone on speaker and Mom was in the room and heard the entire conversation. When I hung up she said "I like that Aaron, he gave 'em hell and they had it coming!"

has nothing to do with VBulletin software Green, the reason poeple are moving away from it is because it wont allow for as much advertising space. This was caused by the group that host the domain name.
